Terms & Conditions
These terms cover how you may use this website and what happens when you ask Elevated HVAC & Gasfitting for work. They do not replace anything written on a quote or an invoice we give you.

About these terms
This website is operated by Elevated HVAC & Gasfitting of 595 Ongman Rd, Unit 11, Prince George, BC V2K 4L1. By using the site you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You are welcome to read, print and share pages from this site for your own use in deciding about work on your home or building. Please do not use the site to send automated traffic, to attempt to interfere with how it runs, or to collect information about other people.
We try to keep the information here accurate and current, but equipment ranges, available options and the details of any particular job change. Nothing on this website is a substitute for a written quote.
Requests for service and estimates
Sending a form on this website is a request, not a booking. A job is scheduled when we have spoken with you and confirmed it. Until then nothing is reserved and nothing is owed.
Any figure we give before seeing the site is an estimate. Prices, timing and the scope of work are confirmed in writing once we have assessed the property, because what a job actually needs — the condition of existing ductwork, the state of an existing gas line, access, the capacity a building calls for — is not something that can be settled from a description.
Our work
We carry out heating, cooling and gasfitting work to the standards required in British Columbia, and we hold the trade certifications named on this site. Our gas contractor licence number is LGA0210183.
Warranty coverage differs by manufacturer, by equipment and by component, and our own workmanship coverage is separate from it. The terms that apply to your job are the ones given to you in writing with your quote and your handover documents — not anything summarised on this website.
Content and marks on this site
The text, photographs, logos and design of this website belong to Elevated HVAC & Gasfitting or to the people who licensed them to us, and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Manufacturer names and logos shown here belong to those manufacturers and appear to identify equipment we install.
Other websites
Where we link to another company — a manufacturer, a financing partner, a review platform, a utility rebate programme — we do not control what is on that site and we are not responsible for it. Their terms apply once you leave ours.
Privacy
What we do with information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
