Our Team
Meet the Experts Behind Elevated HVAC & Gasfitting
We're a team of certified technicians, sheet metal workers, and gas specialists who've built our reputation on skill, integrity, and accountability. Every person on our crew cares about your home as much as we care about our own. We're not franchisees or transient contractors — we're Prince George locals committed to keeping our community comfortable and safe.
Team Strengths
Why Our Team Stands Out
Certified Gas Contractor & Journeyman Ductwork
Every technician on our team works under the oversight of our Certified Gas Contractor qualification and our Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker certification. Gas work is safety-critical; ductwork determines comfort across your whole home. We don't cut corners on either.
15+ Years of Trade Experience
Our crew brings over 15 years of hands-on HVAC, gasfitting, and residential-commercial ductwork experience. We've installed systems in hundreds of homes, diagnosed every failure mode northwest BC's climate throws at us, and learned from each job how to do it better next time.
Armstrong Air ProTeam Training & Standards
As an Armstrong Air ProTeam dealer, our team completes factory training on efficiency ratings, installation best practices, and system optimization. ProTeam certification means we're held to higher technical and customer-service standards than a typical installer.
Family Ownership & Local Roots
We're locally owned and operated from Prince George. We live here, our kids go to school here, and our reputation depends on showing up for our neighbors with honesty and respect. When you hire us, you're hiring people who have skin in the game.
Continuous Learning & Safety Culture
We stay current on Technical Safety BC requirements, attend ongoing training for new equipment and gas regulations, and maintain active certifications. The trade evolves; we evolve with it. Your system benefits from that commitment.
Direct Access to Technical Expertise
You don't deal with dispatchers or call centers. Our team is responsive, transparent, and available to discuss your system, options, and concerns directly. If you have questions after your work is done, you reach the same people who did the job—not a separate support line.

Training & Support
How We Train & Support Our Team
1. Certification & Regulatory Foundation
Every member of our crew maintains current certification through Technical Safety BC and industry bodies. Gas work requires an active Certified Gas Contractor license; HVAC installation requires competency in safety, efficiency, and system design. We don't hire based on availability—we hire based on credentials and competence, and we verify both.
-
Initial hire requires a clean background check and active trade certifications -
Gas technicians work under our Certified Gas Contractor scope and oversight -
All team members complete Technical Safety BC and Armstrong Air ProTeam training before unsupervised work -
We audit compliance quarterly and refresh certifications annually
2. Manufacturer Partnership & Hands-On Training
We partner with Armstrong Air, Kinghome, Navien, and Bradford White—not as order-takers, but as authorized dealers committed to their training programs. Our team gets factory-backed support and ongoing education on new equipment, efficiency ratings, and installation techniques that maximize performance and warranty coverage.
-
Attendance at Armstrong Air ProTeam workshops and technical updates -

3. Field Mentorship & Quality Assurance
New technicians don't work solo until they've proven competence in the field. Every job gets reviewed—we inspect ductwork, test systems, audit gas connections, and validate workmanship before we leave your home. That culture of quality isn't a one-off; it's how we operate every day.
-
Senior technicians mentor new installers on job sites -
Every installation is inspected and tested before completion -
We use checklists and documentation to ensure consistency across all jobs -
Customer feedback is reviewed as part of ongoing performance assessment
4. Community Investment & Continuous Improvement
We're not just HVAC technicians—we're part of Prince George. We're members of the Home Performance Stakeholder Council and active participants in the FortisBC Trade Ally Network. That involvement keeps us connected to building science, energy efficiency trends, and best practices across the region. Your next system benefits from what we learn collaborating with the whole industry.
-
Ongoing participation in FortisBC Trade Ally Network and industry groups -

Team Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
A qualified, certified technician from our own team—never an independent contractor or franchise employee. Everyone who arrives at your door works directly for Elevated HVAC & Gasfitting, carries our certifications, and represents our family values and technical standards. You'll know who's coming before they arrive, and you can expect the same professionalism on every visit.
Our Certified Gas Contractor credential covers our entire gasfitting team and scope of work. Individual technicians operate under that license and our direct oversight, so any gas work performed in your home meets Technical Safety BC's regulatory standards. We don't compromise on safety or legal compliance, and every gas connection, inspection, or repair we perform reflects that same accountability.
Call us. Our team stays available for post-installation questions, system optimization, and troubleshooting long after the job is finished. If a system isn't performing the way we promised, we'll come back and make it right—your satisfaction isn't the end of our involvement, it's where our accountability actually begins.
Yes. Before we leave after an installation, we walk you through operation, maintenance intervals, and what to monitor going forward. We provide written documentation and warranty information so you have a reference on hand. Book annual maintenance and our team handles the technical details directly.
Absolutely. HVAC is heating, ventilation, and air conditioning—our team is trained and equipped for all three. We install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-splits, and manage ductwork. We can also coordinate gas line services and water heater work on the same project, so you get coordinated installation if you're upgrading multiple systems.
We're an Armstrong Air ProTeam dealer and install Armstrong systems as our standard for HVAC. We're also authorized for Kinghome mini-splits, Navien tankless water heaters, and Bradford White tank water heaters. For service calls on existing equipment, our team is competent working on most major residential brands, even ones we don't specialize in installing.
New construction is a core part of our business. Our Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker certification covers residential and commercial ductwork design, and we've coordinated system design, ductwork layout, gas line integration, and equipment specification on dozens of builds. We work with owner-builders, contractors, and builders to get the system right from the start.
That's exactly the kind of challenge our experience helps with. We've installed systems in retrofits, new builds, mobile homes, commercial spaces, and homes with unusual layouts. If your situation is complex, we'll bring in the senior technician who can think through the design and walk you through tradeoffs and options.
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and maintain the bonding required for gas and HVAC work throughout British Columbia. All our team members work under that coverage and our regulatory compliance, whether they're on a routine maintenance call or a complex new-construction install. If an accident or property damage were to occur, you're protected under our policy.
If you've worked with a technician before and want them back for your next visit, just mention it when you schedule. We'll do our best to match you with the same person, especially for annual maintenance visits and repeat installation projects. Our team is small and tight-knit, and consistency leads to better communication and better service over time.
