Privacy Policy

Who we are

Elevated HVAC & Gasfitting is a heating, cooling and gasfitting contractor based at 595 Ongman Rd, Unit 11, Prince George, BC V2K 4L1. If you have a question about this policy or about information you have given us, call us at 250-552-7054 or use our contact form.

What we collect, and when

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us. That happens in one place: the contact forms on this site. Depending on which form you use, those fields are your name, your phone number, your email address, the reason for your enquiry, and whatever you write in the comments box.

We do not ask for payment details through this website, and we do not ask for any information about your household beyond what you volunteer in describing the work you need.

Why we hold it, and what we do with it

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry: to reply to you, to prepare a quote, to book a visit, and to keep a record of work we have done for you so that a later service call has the history behind it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We do not send marketing email to people who have only asked us a question. Where a form asks separately for your consent to receive messages, that consent is yours to give and yours to withdraw.

Who else is involved

Some parts of this website are provided by other companies, and using them means your browser contacts those companies directly. The ones actually in use are:

• Google reCAPTCHA protects our contact forms from automated spam. It runs on pages that carry a form and is subject to Google’s own privacy terms.
• Elfsight displays our Google reviews on the pages that show them, loaded from their servers.

Beyond those, this site carries no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts. Our typefaces and icons are served from our own site rather than from a font or icon network. Links to Facebook, Instagram and Google Reviews are ordinary links — nothing loads from those companies unless you follow one.

Cookies

This site sets a single session cookie so the server can keep track of your visit while you move between pages. It expires when you close your browser. Google reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies on pages with a form, as part of telling people apart from bots. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you or to follow you to other websites.

Seeing or removing what we hold

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 250-552-7054 or send the request through our contact form and we will deal with it directly. We may need to keep records connected to work we have actually carried out.

Changes to this policy

If what we do with your information changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
